JB Pharmatron awarded Hanson HR care status

JB Pharmatron's Technical Manager, Mike Foulston, recently undertaken the technical service exam from Hanson Research. To become HRcare accredited, Mike studied the technical aspects of the Hanson range of dissolution testers and had to answer many questions to prove his understanding and competence. This ensures the after sales care from JB Pharmatron would be exactly the same as if from Hanson themselves - Mike has gone through the same technical training as those working directly for Hanson. And the score,,,,well for those of you that have experienced Mike's attention to detail during his on site service work won't be surprised to learn it was a 100% pass. Well Done Mike.
